Use and Occupancy - You agree to only store property wholly owned by you. We do not exercise any care, custody, or control over your stored property. You agree that you will not store property with a total value of more than $5,000 (in CA and AZ) or $2,000 (in NV, NM, NH, TX and MA), without our prior written consent. Prohibited Uses - You are strictly prohibited from storing or using on our premises materials classified as hazardous or toxic under any local, state or federal law or regulation, or by a court. You shall not use our premises to store any illegal substances, perishable or food items, any form of friable or non-friable asbestos-containing materials, explosives, paint, varnish, thinner, gasoline, petroleum products (including fractions of crude oil) and/or other highly flammable materials. The rented premises and unit shall not be used to operate any business or for human or animal occupancy. IT IS UNLAWFUL TO USE THE PREMISES AND STORAGE UNIT AS A RESIDENCE.
